I had a great couple of days working with residents creating this mosaic owl – the symbol of Oldham to brighten up the neighbours shared alleyway.
The residents of Burlington Avenue and Gainsborough Avenue have been hard at work creating planters, bunting and pictures to decorate the walls – seats and solar lighting are due to follow shortly, naming the project ‘Happy Alley’.
Funding provided by Green Dividend, Oldham Borough Council to help green up and clean up alleyways.
