I’ve been collecting sea glass today from Seaham (near Sunderland). There used to be a bottle factory on the coast which used to dump waste glass in the sea. The bottleworks closed in the 1920s so the glass has been tumbled for 100 years! It took quite a bit of searching for but good fun.
